Establishment and Functions

Founded on September 6, 2019, with a capital of ₺600 million, fully funded by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Türkiye, Türk Reasürans A.Ş. was established to address the needs of the reinsurance market and to operate in accordance with the Turkish Insurance Law and related regulations.
